 Account for Your Sales
 Count cash, cheques, credit card slips,
purchase orders & gift certificates. Total all credit card slips.
Complete optional Sales
Record (132 Kb PDF) – keep for your reference.
Deduct cash float.
Do NOT deposit credit card slips in
bank (return completed slips with payment).
Select books from Fair if taking product
profit option and/or if qualified for special bonuses (record
on Bonus Worksheet).
Locate in “Open Me First” box – Profit
Worksheet/Evaluation Form, Bonus Worksheet (if applicable), pre-paid envelope.
Complete Profit Worksheet (call Accounts
Receivable at 1-888-220-9942 for assistance) or go online.
Write a single cheque payable
to Scholastic Book Fairs for money due.
Complete Evaluation (hardcopy
or online version).
Return in pre-paid envelope within
3 business days - Profit Worksheet, Evaluation Form, cheque, completed
credit card slips, gift certificates & purchase orders.
Destroy all redeemed Classroom Wish List
Cash Donation Cards.
Remember To
Draw winner of Family Event Door Prize. Winning student & teacher to
select books from Fair before pick-up.
Hand
out donated Wish List books to teachers.
Keep
book easels & table covers for use at next Fair.
Share
your success with school community.
Thank
volunteers & Partners in Reading sponsors.
Keep
all Scholastic Catalogues until June 30, 2010.
Keep
How-to Guidebook until June 30, 2010.

Product Profit
Select great new books right from your Fair or Reorder List and DOUBLE the value of your profit.
Catalogue Profit
Choose from library resources, classroom materials, magazines, educational and curriculum-based products in our multiple Scholastic catalogues and brochures. Once again, you DOUBLE the value of your profit.
Cash Profit
Receive cash rewards based on a percentage of your net sales. This option is suitable for schools working towards the purchase of computers, playground equipment, school trips, author visits or other goals.
