What is Adobe Acrobat and PDF?
Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format that preserves all the fonts, formatting, graphics, and color of any source document, so that you can view the file regardless of the application and platform used to create it. You must use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print PDF files.

How do I know which version of Acrobat to download?
To view the PDF files on our web site you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher. In most cases you should download the newest version, Acrobat Reader 5.0. Users with non-power Macintosh (also know as 68k Macintosh) computers or Windows NT 3.5.1 should install Acrobat Reader 4.0.

What do I do when I try to open a PDF file and get an error message?
Check your version of Acrobat Reader to make sure that it is version 4.0 or higher. You may also try re-installing your Acrobat Reader software.

Why can't I type anything on this form/image/flyer that I just downloaded?
You can only type into files marked (PDF Form). You can't edit or type into the files marked PDF.

My image cuts off when I print a PDF file that I have downloaded?
Acrobat Version 5 - Make sure "Shrink to Fit or Shrink Over-Sized Paper" is checked.

Can I print out the Name Badges to fit on a label sheet?
Yes, the badges are set up so you can type in each name and print on Avery labels #5395.

What do I do if my copy does not line up on the label template?
Check and make sure that "Fit to print "or " Shrink oversized pages to paper size" is NOT selected on your Print Menu.

What type of files are the Clip Art images?
Clip art images are JPEG or GIF files and you should be able to view them by just clicking on the item.

How do I place the Clip Art image into my document or file?
Windows Users - Macintosh Users -
1) Right click on the image item, select Save as Image and choose where to save the image.
2) Open or create a document and click where you want the image inserted in your document.
3) On the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then select From File.
4) Locate the folder that contains the clip art image you want to insert, and double-click the clip art image or select Insert.
