Spreading the News!
Get the word out early so everyone is aware of the Book Fair and Family Event.
Advertise – Place article in school newsletter and on school website with details about your Book Fair and Family Event. Display Book Fair dates on the school marquee.
 Talk up your Book Fair with Book Talks! Ask your Consultant for details about our popular Book Talk–in-a-Box program.
Bulletin Board – Ask some artistic students to design and decorate a themed bulletin board, located near the school entrance or main office.
Parent Focus – Send Parent Letters and Highlights flyers home with students 1 week before Fair (see Chairperson’s Guidebook or Letters & Announcements section of our website for optional letter).
P.A. Skit (221 KB PDF) – Use the promotional skit provided to help promote your Fair during morning announcements.
 Promotional Materials – Display Entrance Poster provided at main entrance to help promote your Fair. Directional Arrows and other Promotional Posters have also been provided to display throughout school.
 Teachers’ Lounge – Place Teachers’ Sneak Peek Poster, included in Classroom Wish List Kit, in teachers’ lounge, along with copies of Highlights flyers.
