Using a Student Crew
What is a Student Crew?
A group of student volunteers from your school who can help you and your adult volunteers create an event that invites participation form your entire school community.
Why Use a Student Crew?
You gain help with promoting,
organizing and setting up your Fair.
Your school benefits from a Book Fair that is fun,
friendly and full of student-inspired ideas.
Students build future
career skills and develop a sense of accomplishment.
Getting Started
Recruit your Crew about 4-5 weeks before the Fair.
Handpick responsible students such as library helpers.
Ask teachers to nominate students.
Post recruiting

volunteers.
Hold weekly status meetings.
Student Crew Positions
